This Refund Policy applies to all programs and services offered by Joel Music Academy, including individual lessons, group classes, workshops, and materials.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer full refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations before program start: Students who wish to cancel their registration before Classroom is created in the program will receive a full refund.

  • In case of a Refund the Paid ammount will be Transferd back to the Original Payment Method within 15 working days.

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations after program start: Cancellations made after the first class in a program, regardless of the reason, including personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the program.

  • Withdrawals during the program: Withdrawals from a program after it has begun, even for medical reasons (unless documented and approved for a prorated credit towards future programs).

 

 

5. Return Policy

Joel Music Academy does not accept returns on any products or services offered. This includes:

  • Tuition fees

  • Registration fees

  • Course materials (e.g., textbooks, sheet music)
